▼   Can I use my own caterer?
  • Yes, unless you are a USA affiliate you are more than welcome to use any caterer. We have a preferred caterer list, but you are not limited to the list.

▼   What is the cancellation policy?
  • External Renters: Any scheduled event that is cancelled within 10 days of the booked event will incur a cancellation fee of $100, in addition to forfeit of the deposit. If the event is cancelled within 5 days of the booked event the cancellation fee will be one-half of the remaining balance of the rental fee plus any additional costs incurred, i.e. security, etc. and forfeit of the deposit. 
  • USA Affiliates: In the event of cancellation by the Lessee, a 50% payment of the event balance will be due within (30) days of cancellation. Any scheduled event that is canceled within 10 days of the booked event will incur a cancellation fee of $100, in addition to 50% of the event balance. If the event is canceled within 5 days of the booked event the cancellation fee will be 75% of the remaining balance of the rental fee plus any additional costs incurred, i.e. security, etc. and forfeit of the deposit.

  • Parking at the MAC is available to facility users at no cost on weekends and after 5 p.m. on weekdays; however, no parking space is guaranteed. For any questions regarding location and availability please contact Parking Services.

Tables, chairs, and an on-site staff member is included with all rentals, but some room rentals include more than others. See full pricing list for more information.
